Refund & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy

• Timeframe: Bijoy Online will activate and provide services to the subscriber within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
• Delays: In the event of any unforeseen delay, Bijoy Online will notify the subscriber as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may request a connection cancellation under the following circumstances:

• The customer's location falls outside the Bijoy Online service coverage area.
• Technical constraints at the customer's premises make connection unfeasible.
• A change of decision by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and disbursed within 10 working days following the formal service cancellation request by the subscriber.
• Gateway Charges: Bank or online payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution or gateway.
• Installation Fees: If installation has already been completed, the non-refundable installation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
